Mila, for those who knew and loved her, was the very embodiment of her name and the namesake of this brand. Milagros meaning ‘miracle’ in Spanish and amore meaning ‘love’ in Italian is how MILAMORE was born. George, who has spanish-filipino and Japanese heritage, now designs his collection in New York and all pieces are hand-crafted in Japan. George’s philosophy rooted in the concept of wabi-Sabi and Yin-Yang emphasizes beauty in imperfection, finding balance in life and being deeply connected with yourself. Each piece is made with the highest quality precious materials and 18K recycled gold and created entirely by hand by a community of highly skilled multi-generational families of artisans in Japan.
