During a trip to Chile, Furmanovich discovered a rural village where she became enamored with horse mane weaving. This centuries-old technique, handed down from mother to daughter, has inspired a new collection using this unique material. The artisans, often described as “Living Treasures,” use strands from the mane and combine them with vegetable fibers to enhance the firmness and durability of the creations. The final result, a beautifully intricate sculpture, embodies years of tradition. Crafted from dyed blue horse mane, the earrings are embroidered with vivid orange thread—creating a striking visual rhythm inspired by traditional weaving techniques. Accented with glowing fire opals and delicate white diamonds, the design marries natural elements with fine craftsmanship. Lightweight yet statement-making, these earrings embody the brand's unique vision: where art, heritage, and high jewelry converge.
